左拥阿森的炒色生香
先来见识一下有中国烹饪大师称号的阿森火锅老板庄臣设计的“左麟右李”。其中包括三道寓意丰富、简单又隆重的菜式。
一款“左麟右李”黄金汤打头,主料简单,不过是木瓜、红萝卜、玉米、南瓜,但汤底是用足猛料熬制出来的,味道清淡鲜香,金黄的颜色煞是好看,让人回想起曾经的黄金岁月。

人不能总沉浸在回忆中,于是“鲤跃龙门”就有了一层“青云直上”的寓意。庄臣选用肇庆上等的麦溪鲤,取其鳞制作成椒盐状,上桌的时候放在客人的左边,而红烧的鲤鱼则放在右边,于是成就了一道真正的“左麟右李”。鱼鳞香脆,鱼肉鲜嫩,两者搭配相得益彰。“左麟右李”鸳鸯包是特地为嗜甜一族准备的,一个粉黄,一个粉绿,外脆内软,咸甜皆备,是否寓意团圆美满?

据说许多香港明星都钟爱日本美食,如果你在“左麟右李”广州演唱会期间到日本餐厅就餐,邂逅“麟”、“李”两个大明星的几率一定会提高不少哦。位于花园酒店后面华乐路上的大渔日本料理特别设计了一套288元4人用的“左麟右李”套餐随时恭候大明星的到来。

日本料理向来卖相讲究,器皿也非常精巧。为大明星设计的套餐,当然更加奢华。“先付”(餐前小吃)、“先碗”(炖汤)率先亮相,餐前小吃有三种,珍味海螺、梅酱黄瓜、三文鱼寿司样子可爱,味道也很有水准;炖汤是海鲜味十足的茶碗炖汤。接着刺身登场,拼盘里有肥美鲜嫩的三文鱼、爽口鲜美的北极贝及少见的章红鱼、醋青鱼,还有嫩嫩的八爪鱼。接下来的是炸虾天妇罗拼盘。吃到这个时候,主角“左麟右李”才在众人的期盼目光中隆重登场:大厨用番茄砌成心形状,左边摆上罕见贵价的刺身希零鱼,寓意“左麟”;右边则放上香蒜里脊牛排,寓意“右李”,两者构成“左麟右李”之精髓。接下来的主食非常丰富,有牛肉蔬菜炒饭、日式海鲜比萨、酱菜拼盘,此后还有甜汤和水果拼盘。如此一餐,不知“左麟右李”吃下来将有何感慨?
