6月3日的《南方都市报》上，ALAN除写了一篇专栏文章（即《高大威猛曾志伟》）外，还有一篇接受记者采访的访谈录（B52版），内容是关于阿SAM的复出的（注：阿SAM复出演唱会6月5日开始）。
不太长，这里就打出来：
（本报约请谭咏麟写专栏的时候，提及许冠杰复出一事，谭咏麟用“雀跃”一词表达他的兴奋之情。至于他最喜欢的许冠杰的歌，就有《浪子心声》、《铁塔凌云》、《打雀英雄传》、《佛跳墙》。）
“我听说阿SAM（许冠杰）复出开秀做演唱会，还会拍电影，真令我雀跃。
阿SAM离开我们娱乐圈已有一段很长的日子，他不在的时候，香港的乐坛新人不断涌出来，但我觉得阿SAM这乐坛大哥大，至少还在这里坐镇。虽然以他的前辈身份，如果不呆在香港，而是去外国享享清福，也是无可厚非的事，但作为音乐人，他就是喜欢这样的生活，坚守在灵感的泉源地，才能有自己的见地。
阿SAM是歌神，歌神今日复出是时候了。阿SAM昔日在乐坛走红的日子，我正和阿口力（陈百祥）、阿B（钟镇涛）一班人组温拿乐队，随着他的大众路线去闯，他创作的歌很有意思，歌词也很有内涵，他的《浪子心声》、《铁塔凌云》就是例子。我也很喜欢他的《打雀英雄传》和《佛跳墙》，真是街坊口味。”

儿童节的祝福
今天是六一国际儿童节，在这里祝福全世界的小朋友，可以幸 福健康地成长。毕竟儿童是国家的希望和未来社会的栋梁。前段 时间，内地发生“假奶粉”事件，引致“大 头怪婴”出现，更有 死亡个案，这些制造“假奶粉”的*商，实在应绳之以法，严刑峻罚。
我记得在十多年前，我和明星足球队，前往国内各地比<赛，参与慈善筹款的活动，经 过广西一处地方，看见很多小朋友在街头巷尾玩耍，在一些污秽不堪的水沟嬉戏。问一问才知道他们是被遗弃的街童。其中不少是女孩子，一些当地居民自发性收养， 照顾他们的生活，还在计划筹款建立孤儿院。
这一刻，我感到很难过，和其他队友一起认养这些街童，还特地举行演唱会筹款建孤儿院。那一次活动我和梅艳芳一起唱压轴， 筹得款项足够建造孤儿院和医院。相信昔日那 一般街童，今日已 经长大成人，服务社会了。
今天，我在内地表演或踢球，经过的地方，时常看见那些由父 母带着的小朋友，他们衣着光鲜，长得胖胖的，有些甚至有些营养 过渡，需要上减肥班修身，实在太幸福了！父母太过宠爱孩子，其实也要反省一下，否则，孩子长大了，只懂得依赖，不懂得创造。
在香港长大的我，家境只属小康，但在父母的照料下，我们几兄妹在童年都过得很好。长大才在外面的世界看到一些不幸的事， 看到世界的另一面。所以，我希望儿童节这天，全世界各地的儿童，无论种族肤色，富裕或贫穷，天下大同或炮火连天，都可以享受应有的权利，得到应有的保护，健康快乐地度过童年时光。我忠心地祝福他们！

各大名人/歌星在節目中除唱出Sam的舊曲外，又表達對Sam的敬意，其實有不少藝人也是Sam的歌迷。如譚詠麟更手持當年到Sam演唱會的票尾，梅艷芳從小聽他的歌長大，黃錦\燊憶述在密雲天氣下與Sam用遊艇追著一線陽光...
節目中譚詠麟更尊稱許冠傑為《歌神》，以示他的歌曲創作上的成就。
可惜的是因嘉賓太多，很多都未有足夠時間暢所欲言。
