<P>朋友们：你们好！我近来忙于医学研究，特别是对校长身体的健康问题十分关心，所以比较久没有来，只发了份关于“校长的一长体格检查报告单”，又要匆匆追随校长左右了。现在发个修改帖子（这时的我已经不是从前的我了，该词删了些排斥别的歌手的字眼，只着眼于阿伦对香港乐坛贡献与成就的描述）表示不忘论坛。关于校长身体健康问题，我将随时报告大家。谢谢！</P><P>沁园春·咏阿伦
