柿子:含有柿胶酚、果胶、鞣酸和鞣红素等物质,具有很强的收敛作用。在胃空时遇到较强的胃酸,容易和胃酸结合凝成难以溶解的硬块。小硬块可以随粪便排泄,若结成大的硬块,就易引起“胃柿结石症”,中医称为“柿石症”。
