这几个版本和港版比较起来做工是十分的差.

你好，Ｄ版是不可能的，我是在新华书店买的，最后大清货，放在仓库里１０几年的东西新华书从仓库里找出来打折买的，还有好多其他歌手的，打开的时候还有中图的标签，我想不会是Ｄ版的，而且当时９０年代内地cd并不普及，制造一张Ｄ版和正版的价格差不多的，

这些CD当年确实是在正规音像店销售的，但它们没有宝丽金的授权，主要是国内当时对版权的保护与监管不够。正像宝文堂出版的《金庸全集》一样，也没有得到授权，但也在新华书店公开销售很多年。后来金庸先生披露了这个问题，并授权三联书店出版《金庸全集》。

我也见过这个版本。应该不是D版。可能是POLYGRAM远东办事处的在中国大陆试销售版本。POLYGRAM远东办事处还出过“谭咏麟歌曲精选”等几套CD，但效果一般。
