> 陈小姐几天前在彰化银行南势角分行领钱,只觉得键盘按起来和以前不一样,却完全没想 到,提款卡密码可能因此被人破解。原来是歹徒在提款机上加装了假键盘,假键盘的背面,藏有IC晶片、线路和无线电子发报机,有了这些东西,歹徒只要在附近车上遥控,就可以接收帐号资料。警方研判,歹徒这样偷天换日的手法,除了想要在趁民众提款的时候,盗取提款卡密
码之外,还企图窃取金融卡的内码资料,来伪造金融卡以盗领帐户存款,可是令人担忧的是,
大多数民众,看到提款机键盘被动了手脚,都没有立刻警觉这是犯罪集团盗领存款的新手法,所幸这位机灵的陈先生即时报案。歹徒诈骗的手法推陈出新,银行方面除了大叹无奈之外,也表示往后将会提高警觉,并且将主动提供监视器画面给警方,以加强查缉。
