<>　　新浪娱乐讯：今天(9月10日)下午，刀郎海外发行权签约环球唱片新闻发布会在新疆乌鲁木齐国际大巴扎举行。天空也很作“美”，或许也想来给刀郎来捧个场，原定与下午4点在大巴扎广场进行的发布会突然下起了漂泊大雨，发布会只能从室外搬到了室内。</P>
<>　　主办方协调突发事件的能力倒是在这样一场不期而遇的大雨中得到了体现，1个小时后发布会便神奇般的在大巴扎广场边的宴会厅开始了。对于这次签约，环球唱片方面首次在内地以最高的规格进行，公司的几为高层也纷纷出席，而环球旗下的巨星级歌手谭咏麟也作为艺人代表，亲临现场祝贺签约成功。</P>
<>　　将发布会的现场选在新疆，是刀郎一直坚持的意见，因为刀郎认为他的音乐源泉来自新疆，所以他一定不会离开新疆，并希望通过这场发布会，再多一些吸引全球对新疆音乐的关注。</P>
<>　　这次签约刀郎将自己今后五年的所有唱片的海外发行权交给了环球唱片，环球方面也希望刀郎此次签约能将中国的本土音乐推向国际舞台。谭咏麟在发布会进行到尾声时到场祝贺，并在现场饶有兴趣的向刀郎请教起新疆的民族乐器，据悉此次谭咏麟来新疆还将完成与刀郎合拍的一个MV。(雷子/文 哈那提/摄) </P>
