花了一下午时间制作。
解压到你的WINAMP安装目录下的SKIN文件夹下，如，我的就是
D:\Program Files\Winamp\Skins
通过修改pledit.txt文件可以更改播放列表的背景颜色，字体颜色，当前播放颜色等。
不喜欢那光标的将 ICO文件全部删除即可恢复原来光标。
